Twin Eeees' Rendevous Adventure

Whenever the Twin Eeee meet, we always had our dinner at PS (without failed)...tat goes for movie too! :D

























































Our frequent hangout mostly either at Thai X (cos the RED RUBY is simply irresistible) or Pizza Hut.

My Sis's dream

This morning, my sis came to my room & said : " U, the murderer!!!"

Is her dream lor.....dreamt that i killed her friend. But in real life this friend already passed away.......

Is her Year1 Poly friend....her father forbide her to go out. So at night, she used cloths in her room & tied tgt into "rope", so she can escaped throu her window. But she fell down from 5th floor.....

Dinner at Al Dente - Esplanade

Had our dinner at Al Dente. First visit there, sat at the balcony...hmm quite hot there....but as the sun set...the place get cooler....nice view there, very romantic & still can c half the view of the Singapore Flyer.

Went there to celebrate our friend belated b'day. Bought her AgnesB necklace....last year was AgnesB bracelet....well she's crazy for AgnesB :D

Nuts are good food

Pecans & Almonds -> Lower Cholesterol

Peanuts & Walnuts -> Protect your heart & defend against diabetes

Walnuts, Pecans & brazil nuts -> Countering cancer

Cashews, Macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, Almonds, Pecans & Walnuts -> Keeping Trim (Cos they are satisfying, so people feel fuller longer)

Studies show :

  • The more almonds people ate, the lower their levels of LDL cholesterol and the higher their levels of HDL
  • Eat handful of peacans to daily diets lower cholesterol by 11.3%
  • Men ate nuts at least twice a wk can lower risk of sudden cardiac death
  • Women ate at least 140g of nuts a wk less likely to suffer heart attacks
  • Healthy adults ate nuts 5 or more times/wk, were 50% less likely to die of heart attack
  • Vitamin E present in walnuts and peacans appears to slow the growth of lung and prostate cancer cells.
  • People who frequently eat nuts are thinner than those who dont
  • Eating walnuts decreases hunger and causes people to eat less at meals
*** Macadamia & Brazil nuts haf the highest fat and calorie content among nuts!
